New View Construction ‘s founder, Mike Crossman, places over 20 years of residential experience at your fingertips; over the years we have enjoyed continued success in the Greater Cleveland area.

Joe began his construction career in 1994.  In this 13+ year period, Joe has experienced homebuilding, residential development, and commercial construction.  His expertise is in the Customer Service and Administrative aspects of  New View Construction.

Joe recently completed the requirements for the National Home Builders Association’s CGB (Certified Graduate Builder) designation, and is currently pursuing his CGR (Certified Graduate Remodeler) designation.

Joe and his wife, Kris, live in Medina and enjoy juggling activities between their son, Logan and daughter, Leah.

Mike began his construction career as an Apprentice Carpenter, after graduating from Lakewood High School.

As Mike became a Journey Carpenter, he obtained a degree in Construction Technology.  With this foundation, Mike established his own carpentry construction company, built new homes, created new communities, and focused in on home improvements, as a Project Foreman and Production Manager.

With this vast experience, Mike founded New View Construction with a firm belief in exceptional customer service and top-notch quality.
